A balancing, harmonizing blend, mostly floral and slightly sweet. Made with women in mind, this is used to help with the symptoms of PMS and menopause.

instructions: Gently roll onto the skin at pulse points as often as required. Do not use when pregnant.

Very different

Ok, getting used to it. I put a bit on my wrists in the morning and spray with calm body spray. Makes me feel ready for the day.
