Make it a ritual

  • Steam inhalation: Add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Drape a towel over your head and breathe in the fragrant steam deeply.

  • Diffuser: Pop a few drops in your diffuser to purify the air and uplift your space.

  • Bath: Add 5 to 7 drops to a cup of milk or a teaspoon of bath oil before adding into warm water.

  • Massage: Dilute a few drops of your chosen essential oil with our Baby Oil  as a carrier and massage into tired muscles or areas of tension.
