Directions: apply daily after cleansing and toning. Dab a small amount onto damp face and neck and gently massage in an upwards motion until absorbed. Store below 30 degrees celsius.

Watered down

I was disappointed to find you have watered down your moisturiser. It used to be thick and creamy now it is very runny. I asked if the recipe had been changed before I ordered and was advised no. The consistency wouldn’t have changed as much if it was the same recipe in my opinion. You did the same with the shampoo, so disappointed, I used to love your natural products.

We haven’t made any changes to the Sensitive Moisturiser formula, so we would really like to look into this further for you. It would be very helpful if you could send us the batch number printed on the bottle so we can investigate.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that our shampoo didn’t meet your expectations. We know that no one product suits every individual, and we truly value hearing what works, and doesn’t for our customers.

You are correct, we made some changes to the shampoo a while back in response to feedback and evolving standards in hair and scalp care. Our original formulation, based on simple glucoside surfactants, offered a deep cleanse that suited some hair types, but could be too harsh for coloured, dry, or curly hair. In our updated version, we introduced gentler, more conditioning ingredients and carefully adjusted the pH to be more in line with the scalp’s natural balance, we have definitely not watered it down.

It would be great if you could provide the batch number of the shampoo as well, as we very recently made some slight tweaks to the shampoo formula, to improve the consistency as it was a little too thin, would you like us to send you a complementary bottle to try.

Soothing

Soothing, smells natural

Has a slight fishy smell. But works well as a base

I started using this a few days ago and as it's fairly liquid, I'm still getting used to how much to use. I'm male and was told a few years ago to start using moisturiser. The ones I've used so far are what I'd call heavy and you can feel it for hours on your skin. This one seems to moisturises but it's like it dries off, it doesn't hang on the skin. My only negative is I'm not a fan of the smell, I want to say it's a pepper scent but it's not. Good thing is that it lingers only until the cream dries so maybe 20 or so minutes.

I love the glow it gives me. Aloe is first ingredient, not water. The dewyness is next level. Had to write a review just to cancel out the person who said the smell is bad. Don't know what they're smoking. It's beautiful
