Key essential oils:

Australian sandalwood - relaxing, calming and grounding, promoting a sense of general wellbeing

frankincense - extracted from sacred resin, it has amazing protective, grounding and purifying abilities, as well as reducing stress and anxiety

lemongrass - energising and uplifting, a great mood booster with a refreshing, herbaceous scent

rosemary - scientifically proven to improve concentration and memory as well as reduce anxiety

Directions: 

Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water

Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil

Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.

Ingredients: blend of pure essential oils of rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary), cymbopogon flexuosus (lemongrass) leaf, santalum spicata (Australian sandalwood), boswellia carterii (frankincense).
