Key essential oils:

sweet orange - generally widely known as an incredibly uplifting, refreshing oil with a pleasing citrus scent

pink grapefruit - a zesty, uplifting citrus to uplift and energise

linden blossom - a calming and relaxing, floral with hints of honey and citrus scents

Directions: 

Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water

Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil

Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.

Vegan friendly

Ingredients: blend of pure essential oils of citrus paradisi (grapefruit), citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) peel, pogostemon cablin (patchouli) leaf, cananga odorata (ylang ylang) flower, salvia sclarea (clary sage), tilia vulgaris (linden blossom).
