Key essential oils:

Australian sandalwood - relaxing, calming and grounding, promoting a sense of general wellbeing

lime - a favourite, distinctive citrus useful for both uplifting the mood and relaxation

ylang ylang - a powerful floral, useful to relieve anxiety and promote a sense of calm

black pepper - warm and spicy, great for relaxation and calming nerves

Directions: 

Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water

Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil

Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.

Ingredients: blend of pure essential oils of santalum spicata (Australian sandalwood), citrus aurantifolia (lime), citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) fruit, styrax benzoin (benzoin sumatra), cananga odorata (ylang ylang) flower, pogostemon cablin (patchouli) leaf, myroxylon balsamum var. pereirae (peru balsam), zingiber officinale (ginger), polianthes tuberosa (tuberose), piper nigrum (black pepper) fruit, cedrus atlantica (cedarwood).
