This Australian blend reminds us of travelling along a winding coastal trail, with the refreshing scent of native Kunzea quite prominent, along with hints of citrus, floral and spicy undertones.
Key essential oils:
kunzea - a rejuvenating, refreshing oil, useful for relieving stress and nervous tension
honey myrtle - refreshing, lemony and uplifting - great for assisting in concentration, calming and relaxing
litsea cubeba - sometimes called 'may chang', an uplifting, fruity lemon scent, helpful at relieving stress
Directions:
Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water
Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil
Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store essential oils in a cool, dry place, out of sunlight.
