Key essential oils:
sweet orange - generally widely known as an incredibly uplifting, refreshing oil with a pleasing citrus scent
pink grapefruit - a zesty, uplifting citrus to uplift and energise
linden blossom - a calming and relaxing, floral with hints of honey and citrus scents
Directions:
Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water
Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil
Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store essential oils in a cool, dry place, out of sunlight.
