Great product, but it arrived in an unlabeled box without any written instructions as to :
a) what is is, and
b) how to use it, and,
c) how to look after it and clean it.
That’s okay for me - I’m an aromatherapist and I know what I’m doing. However, I was intending to gift this item to someone who knows nothing about essential oils, and now cannot unless I go to the trouble of writing all that down myself and including it with the diffuser.
I’m disappointed with Dindi Naturals. Their products are expensive and I expect a product to be properly presented at this price point.
